Overview

The IT Communications is responsible for supporting and executing communication initiatives that enable awareness, engagement, and adoption of enterprise technology programs across the organization. This role partners with technology teams, project stakeholders, and leaders to deliver high-quality communications for technology launches, digital transformation initiatives, platform enhancements, service updates, and employee-facing IT programs. The individual is expected to independently manage assigned communication activities while contributing to broader strategic communication initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of communication plans for technology initiatives, system Upgrades, digital workplace programs, and organizational change efforts.
- Manage communication deliverables from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate communication activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Create and edit engaging,



audience-focused content including: Translate technical information into transparent, concise, and employee-friendly messaging.
- Support communication campaigns for enterprise technology rollouts, platform migrations, software launches, and adoption initiatives.
- Assist in developing communication assets, messaging frameworks, content calendars, and engagement activities.
- Ensure communications are aligned with organizational branding and communication standards.
- Publish and maintain content on internal communication channels, intranet platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Perform periodic reviews to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Support governance activities related to technology communications.
- Work closely with technology teams, project managers, service owners, and subject matter experts together to gather information and develop communication deliverables.
