We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator – Mechanical to coordinate dismantling projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and effective communication between clients, design, procurement, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and prepare progress reports.
- Review mechanical drawings, CAD designs, and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and QA/QC standards.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory, and vendor support.
- Resolve in office technical issues and minimise project delays.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or mechanical execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQs, and project planning.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
