Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting meetings and product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for HR software solutions. Daily activities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and following up to close opportunities.



The role also involves coordinating with internal product and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools, and tracking progress against sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to communicate value effectively and support long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or HR technology, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging decision-makers at different organizational levels.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and follow a structured sales process.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, productivity tool
