Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner with progressive responsibility in HR roles.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HR software.
- Knowledge and awareness of API Q1, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.




- Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to support business decisions.
