real warehouse design problems
, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants to drive end-to-end solutions — from concept to implementation.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in warehouse design / intralogistics / supply chain consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Warehouse layout design
- Storage strategy and material flow optimisation
- Process design (inbound, picking, dispatch)
- Experience in end-to-end warehouse design / transformation projects
- Exposure / experience to automation / solution design (ASRS, sorters, mechanisation)
- Strong data handling capability (Advanced Excel must-have; VBA / Macros preferred; Power BI / Power Query / SQL good to have)
- Structured problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams or managing workstreams
- Willing to work from Mumbai office (5 days a week)

- Translate business requirements into practical, implementable design solutions

- Warehouse design (greenfield / brownfield)
- Capacity planning and throughput modelling
