Job Summary
As a Principal UX Designer in our India R&D; Center, you will drive the design excellence for our global B2B product suites. You will be responsible for moving beyond feature-based design to architecting systemic solutions for complex, high-scale enterprise environments. You will work as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering heads to define the long-term user experience roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- B2B Product Strategy: Lead the UX vision for complex enterprise workflows, ensuring high-density data is manageable and actionable for expert users.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the user journey - from deep discovery and requirement gathering to high-fidelity implementation and post-launch
