Job Responsibilities

The Area Technical Manager (ATM) is primarily responsible for providing technical support to sales activities and ensuring effective technical service delivery within the assigned territory. The role involves supporting customers through product and process recommendations, troubleshooting, in office evaluations, and product qualifications, while strengthening customer relationships and business growth.

The ATM serves as a technical resource and spokesperson for the company by educating and training customers, distributors, and internal teams. The position also requires gathering customer feedback on technical requirements and market trends to support continuous improvement and business development.





The role includes identifying, planning, and executing technical programs that contribute to innovative applications and the expansion of existing and new technologies aligned with Indium Corporations business objectives. Strong collaboration with technical, manufacturing, engineering, RD, sales, and marketing teams is essential to ensure successful program execution and strategic support.

In addition, the ATM participates in technical strategic planning and may support regional business and marketing initiatives. Building a strong professional network and promoting Indium Corporations reputation as an industry technical leader are also key expectations.
