Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day store and delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment. This full time, on-site role based in Bangalorei includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing logistics workflows to meet delivery time targets. The Operations Manager will track operational KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves leading and mentoring operations staff,
creating shift schedules, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with customer support and leadership to enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and performance tracking.
- Experience with inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination in retail, e-commerce, or healthcare-related sectors.
- Ability to manage logistics and last-mile delivery operations, including route planning and coordination with delivery partners.
- Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, training, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using spreadsheets or operations tools to interpret data and drive decisions.
