Motion Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Location: Faridabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 1–2 Years (Agency experience is mandatory)

At Digital Kong, we're looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who can seamlessly blend graphic design with motion design. This is a hybrid role involving both static and animated content, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple creative formats. This role is not suitable for candidates who specialize only in video editing or only in motion graphics.

Core Skills :
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
- Experience in print design is an added advantage (packaging, brochures, menus, branding, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for a diverse portfolio of digital-first brands.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists,



and content teams to bring static concepts to life through motion.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories using animation, movement, and design.
- Develop content across multiple formats, including social media creatives, reels, digital ads, UI animations, product videos, and brand campaigns.
- Design static and print creatives such as social media posts, banners, packaging, brochures, menus, and other brand collateral.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, platform requirements, AI tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
