Job Purpose
This role is responsible for building AI assisted user interfaces that enable business users to design, manage, and operate Voice AI agents at scale. The UI Lead is expected to adopt an AI first engineering approach, where AI tools are actively used to generate, refactor, and validate Angular and Node.js code, while the engineer retains architectural control and accountability for enterprise grade outcomes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- . AI Augmented UI Engineering (Replace Existing Section A)
- Build and evolve AI assisted UIs where:
o Large parts of UI code, components, and workflows are generated or accelerated using AI tools
o Human effort is focused on architecture, integration, and correctness
- Use AI to:
o Generate Angular components, services, and forms
o Scaffold Node.js / BFF layers
o Refactor, standardize, and optimize UI code
- Ensure AI generated code adheres to:
o Platform standards
o Security guidelines
o Performance and accessibility benchmarks
Expectation:
The UI Lead does not manually write repetitive UI code end to end, but orchestrates AI assisted development responsibly.
