We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform while providing operational support, issue resolution, and technical analysis across multiple Salesforce clouds. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to maintain platform stability, implement enhancements, and support ongoing business operations.
The ideal candidate will have robust Salesforce administration experience, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Platform Support
- Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, and related platform features.
- Analyze, design, and implement Salesforce enhancements to support evolving business needs.
- Provide production support and sustainment activities for Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, system issues,
and user-reported problems.
- Perform impact analysis and recommend solutions for platform changes and enhancements.
- Support platform governance, security, and administration best practices.
- Deep understanding on CRM analytics, reports and dashboards.
Analysis & Solution Development
- Participate in backlog refinement sessions and provide technical guidance during solution discussions.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform data analysis and issue investigation to support decision-making and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Assess the downstream impacts of proposed changes and identify potential risks or dependencies.
