Role & responsibilities
- Manage Shopify backend, including product listings, pricing, inventory, collections, and website merchandising.
- Maintain accurate product information, offers, inventory, and promotions.
- Manage Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
- Handle inventory and order management through Unicommerce, ensuring accurate stock synchronization.
- Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including fulfillment, returns, refunds, and RTO management.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and tech teams for smooth operations.
- Configure discounts, payment gateways, shipping rules, and troubleshoot operational or integration issues.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and sale events with complete backend readiness.




- Monitor operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile
- 25 years of experience in D2C Ecommerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Unicommerce.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, payment gateways, logistics, returns, and RTOs.
- Experience with Shopify apps, website merchandising, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ecommerce reporting.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
