Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, large-scale projects or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role involves strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and driving project governance and excellence. The candidate is expected to bring deep industry expertise, robust business acumen, and the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring

adherence to

project management methodologies and organizational standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource

allocation strategies.




• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners to

ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress, and address

deviations proactively.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, defects, and issues with

effective action plans.
• Drive stakeholder management, communication, and reporting at all

levels, including executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality

assurance frameworks.
• Facilitate decision-making, remove project roadblocks, and ensure

operational alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project financials, forecast costs, and manage change

control processes.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
- Support organizational strategy by contributing to PMO best

practices, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
