Purpose/Objective

Specialist - Brand & Social is responsible for executing brand strategies, managing content creation, and overseeing social media operations.
Ensures consistent brand representation, monitors campaign performance, and supports digital advertising efforts to uphold the corporate brand identity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Brand Strategy Execution: Coordinate the implementation of approved branding strategies across all relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the corporate objectives, which includes translating brand guidelines into operational plans and managing the execution of campaigns with adherence to brand voice, tone, and consistency across deliverables.
Regularly review campaign performance metrics and compile detailed analytical reports for higher management.
& identify trends, campaign effectiveness, and actionable insights, leveraging data visualization tools like Power BI to provide clarity and direction for brand initiatives.
Content Curation & Development Oversight: Supervise the development of high-quality,



brand-compliant content across multimedia channels, ensuring adherence to brand narratives and market expectations by liaising with creative vendors to approve designs, graphics, and video scripts.
Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing to recommend adjustments in content strategies by working closely with internal technical teams to integrate storytelling with brand promotion activities for maximum reach and engagement.
Social Media Operations Management: Manage day-to-day activities across all corporate social media accounts, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly and deliver expected outcomes, also scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and ensuring the timely resolution of flagged content issues.
