Role Description:

Credofy is hiring 2 Business Development Associates (Sales & Outreach) to join our on-site team in New Delhi.




This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a career in B2B sales and business development.
The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and lead generation. You will engage with startups, SMEs, and local businesses, qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings, and contribute to the company's sales pipeline while working closely with the marketing and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 40–60 cold calls daily to potential clients using provided sales scripts.
- Conduct cold outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified business leads.
- Research and build prospect databases using tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
- Identify potential client needs and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication channels.
