- Ensure delivery of timely, high-quality results by collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements helping the team align with the prioritized backlog, contributing to technical solutions, and defining user stories; maintain alignment with product vision through frequent communication with technical leadership and product owners.
- Lead a team to understand, adhere to, and consistently implement the software development lifecycle; establish team organization in support of product direction; proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks to the team and leadership.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance while promoting a team culture centered on security, quality, and engineering agility; remove barriers to enable team productivity; execute and continuously improve department processes and standards.
- Manage and lead the execution of department benchmarks, protocols, and objectives; assess employee and team performance against established quality metrics; hold direct reports accountable and provide timely, constructive feedback; contribute to and manage the approved budget.
