Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in ML Ops or AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in Azure AI services.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, DVC, and Azure ML CLI/SDK.
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep).
- Experience deploying GenAI models using Azure OpenAI Service.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Feature Store integration.

Valuable-to-Have
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate.
- Exposure to ethical AI, model interpretability,



and bias mitigation techniques.
