Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and an understanding of the advertising, branding, and digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.




- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team to develop suitable marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients.

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or a related role (experience in advertising/marketing is a plus).
