Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to support our students in securing internships and job opportunities. The role primarily focuses on placement activities (80%) and also includes training coordination responsibilities (20%) to ensure students are industry-ready before placement drives.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Coordination (80%) section:
- Visit corporate offices and educational institutions, as required,
to establish placement tie-ups and strengthen recruiter relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies and hiring partners.
- Connect with recruiters to generate placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, campus recruitment activities, and walk-in interviews.
- Match suitable candidates with employer requirements.
- Assist students with resume preparation, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Track student placement status and maintain accurate placement records and MIS reports.
- Follow up with recruiters for interview feedback and hiring updates.
- Identify and onboard current companies for recruitment partnerships.
- Ensure placement targets are achieved by maintaining continuous employer engagement.
