Sales & Marketing Manager – Paint & Powder Coating Industry
Job Summary:
Drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead marketing initiatives in the coatings industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
- Lead team performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Plan campaigns, product launches, and trade show participation.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering/Science or MBA in Marketing.
- 8–10 years’ experience in paint/powder coating sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of coating technologies and compliance standards.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
