We have a unique opportunity to join our passionate team as a Marketing Executive at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast in a Full time, Fixed-Term role This role will run from August 2026 - January 2026.
About The Role
Based in Sunshine Coast, Queensland, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for executing the brand marketing plans across our SEA LIFE attractions to achieve admissions volume & revenue and sales targets.

Through an understanding of all elements of the marketing mix, you will execute the marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to target our core audiences with relevant campaigns and products in line with customer insight, to maximise consumer awareness and visitor numbers to SEA LIFE.

You will work closely with the wider ANZ Sales & Marketing Teams, as well as the onsite Operations and Commercial Teams to coordinate the marketing mix and achieve our brand strategy. Meeting deadlines, possessing strong attention to detail, as well as excellent interpersonal skills will be the keys to success for this role.





You will be diving deep into a unique marketing role where no two days are quite the same. Whether that be working alongside our curatorial teams to plan and promote our incredible ocean environments, communicating our amazing conservation initiatives or launching fantastic new products and campaigns at our two iconic attractions - a fast-paced but incredibly fun challenge awaits

About You
You are a passionate, digitally savvy marketeer who is looking to take their marketing career to the next level. A love for visitor attractions, travel, and tourism is essential for any of our roles, and you will need to have passion for delivering truly memorable experiences to our guests. To truly shine in this position, you will also have:
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
