Job Description Zonal Sales Manager SME Business Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead and expand the SME Business portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, building robust customer relationships, and achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Drive sales of SME financial products such as:
- Cash Credit (CC)
- Overdraft (OD)
- Term Loans
- Working Capital Finance
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Bank Guarantee (BG)
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Project Finance
- Bill Discounting
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets while monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned zone.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners,



and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SME Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Lending Industry.
- Proven experience in selling SME lending products including CC, OD, and Term Loans.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and business development targets.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qua
