Basic experience in site execution and supervision.
Basic understanding of civil construction activities including surge pool , pump house and canals for concreting, rod bending, quality checks, safety requirements, record keeping.
Completion of assigned tasks within defined timelines.
Effective coordination with supervisors and team members and productive utilization of manpower and materials.
