AI Business Magazine is a global publication focused on helping business leaders understand and adopt artificial intelligence. We publish executive insights, industry analysis, interviews, case studies, and thought leadership for decision-makers across industries.

This is a revenue-sharing leadership position
designed for someone who is motivated by long-term growth and ownership.

We're looking for a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to take full ownership of revenue — sponsorships, advertising, partnerships, and audience monetization — and build it from the ground up.

The Opportunity

Revenue share on all sponsorship, advertising, and partnership revenue you generate (structure discussed directly — highly competitive share, uncapped)
- Path to Co-Founder:
Demonstrated performance over an initial period converts into a formal Co-Founder position with equity in AI Business Magazine
- Full autonomy:




You will own the commercial strategy — pricing, packaging, outbound, partnerships — with direct access to the founder and no bureaucracy slowing you down
- Real infrastructure to sell:
A rate card, sponsorship tiers, verified traffic and engagement metrics, and an editorial team already producing consistent content are in place — you're not starting from zero

What You'll Own
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for sponsorships, advertising, and strategic partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account growth with AI vendors, enterprise brands, and industry players
- Shape and refine the media kit, rate card, and sponsorship packages based on market feedback
- Develop recent revenue streams — events, sponsored content, newsletters, research reports, affiliate/referral partnerships
- Build repeatable systems and (eventually) a small sales/marketing func
