Role & responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential institutional clients and B2B partners within the capital markets and financial services sector.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting ROI and competitive advantages.
- Market Strategy: Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to increase market share.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine Finsol value proposition and pricing strategies.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for current accounts, ensuring a seamless transition from "sale" to "onboarding."
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback from field visits to provide the Product Development team with actionable insights for new features.
- Revenue Optimization:
Participate in pricing discussions by analyzing production costs, sales volume, and customized client requirements. Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time integrated plans with sales, product development and release teams Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
