Role Description
The Marketing Head/Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Alu Scaffolding Wala in Bengaluru. This full time, on-site role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, overseeing campaigns, and aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing brand positioning, coordinating with sales teams to support revenue goals,



and overseeing public relations activities to enhance brand visibility. The role also includes monitoring marketing performance metrics, managing budgets, guiding digital and offline marketing initiatives, and mentoring marketing team members to drive consistent, high-impact results.
