Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Telecalling Executives with 2–4 years of experience in customer retention, telesales, collections, or customer support to engage with Tata Play Fiber subscribers whose broadband plans are due for renewal or have lapsed.

The primary objective of this role is to drive customer retention through effective communication, objection handling, and customer engagement while ensuring proper recovery handoff for non-retention cases.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers across pre-due, due-today, and overdue buckets.

Promote and explain renewal plans and offers.

Handle objections related to pricing, service quality, competitor offerings, relocation, and non-usage.





Update customer dispositions accurately in CRM/Dialer systems after every interaction.

Escalate unresolved technical complaints to the Technical Support team.

Complete recovery handoff documentation for non-retention cases and route them to the Field Recovery team.

Achieve daily call volume, contact rate, retention, and quality targets.

Maintain compliance, professionalism, and high customer service standards.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Retention, Collections, Broadband/Telecom Support, or Customer Service.

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.

Proven ability to handle objections and influence customer decisions.

Experience working with CRM platforms, dialers, and customer management tools.

Robust follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Graduation preferred.
