Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of industrial equipment and automation projects from order receipt to final customer acceptance.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with manufacturing team, procurement, Supplier and commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to achieve project milestones.
- Manage supplier communication, project reviews, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and CFT team acceptance activities.
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Review engineering changes, project scope variations, and cost implications while maintaining project profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency, quality,



and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, risk registers, meeting minutes, and handover documents.
- Mentor and guide project engineers and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure successful project closure, warranty support, and lessons learned documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
- Robust experience in managing industrial equipment, automation, or machine-building projects from concept to commissioning.
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience in handling assembly lines, special-purpose machines (SPMs), end-of-line testing (EOLT), or industrial automation projects.
- Good understanding of mechanical design, electrical systems, PLC/HMI automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial safety.
