Role Description
The Recruitment Specialist Intern will support Startup Story® in building a strong and diverse team by managing various stages of the talent acquisition process. This internship role is in office and based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications,



coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, assist in onboarding and training coordination, and help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. This role offers exposure to startup operations and human resources practices while contributing directly to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to effectively evaluate candidates and represent the organization professionally.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with onboarding and basic employee development initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
