Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of projects and service operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Coordination
- Coordinate daily operational activities across Projects, Service, Stores, Purchase, and Logistics.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and operational schedules.
- Monitor work progress and follow up with internal teams for timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients for delivery, installation, and service schedules.

Planning & Execution
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate resources.
- Coordinate manpower deployment for project and service activities.




- Track project and service status and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Escalate operational issues and support timely resolution.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain operational records, work orders, and customer documentation.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Update ERP/MIS systems with accurate operational data.
- Maintain records of material movement, project status, and service reports.

Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with customers regarding project execution, service visits, and dispatch schedules.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Logistics & Inventory Support
- Coordinate material dispatches and deliveries.
- Track inventory requirements with the Stores and Purchase teams.
- Ensure materials are available before project execution.
