We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director, Quality Control Technology
to serve as the primary Technology Business Partner for Quality Control Solutions within Sandoz Technical Operations. In this strategic leadership role, you will co-lead the alignment of the technology roadmap with business priorities, transformation objectives, and value delivery across the organization. You will build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, drive the prioritization and delivery of technology initiatives, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to provide creative, business-focused solutions. The role will also be responsible for advancing the Quality Control technology landscape, including the integration of laboratory instruments and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS),



ensuring seamless connectivity, data integrity, and operational excellence across Quality Control operations.

Major Accountabilities
- Build strong strategic partnerships with business stakeholders to align technology services with operational and business objectives.
- Lead the delivery and governance of the Automation & Engineering technology portfolio, ensuring value-driven outcomes.
- Define and communicate technology strategy, product roadmaps, and investment priorities in line with business goals.
- Drive business transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to improve efficiency, innovation, and performance.
- Collaborate across global Technology teams to manage portfolios, budgets, architecture, sourcing, and capability development.
- Oversee vendor relationships, solution lifecycles, and technology investments to ensure effective service delivery.
