About the Role

Bullsroom is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and result-oriented Telecaller – Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling client interactions, following up on inquiries, nurturing leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle both Call & Chat processes, ensuring timely and professional client communication.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.




- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Client Servicing, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
