About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive Real Time Analyst (RTA) to monitor and manage workforce operations in real time, ensuring service level targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workforce management, real-time monitoring, intraday reporting, and stakeholder communication within a quick-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Real-Time Workforce Management
- Monitor real-time service levels, workforce metrics, and operational performance.
- Track call volumes and identify unusual traffic patterns.
- Send queue alerts and communicate staffing updates to Operations teams.
- Respond quickly to unexpected volume spikes or staffing shortages.
- Manage line openings, closures, holidays, and emergency schedules.
- Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to resolve system or telephony issues impacting service delivery.





Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor intraday performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Prepare shift reports highlighting performance metrics and staffing decisions.
- Analyze historical trends to support forecasting and scheduling improvements.
- Recommend service level adjustments when operational targets are at risk.

Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular performance updates to Team Leads and Managers.
- Escalate critical operational issues to Workforce Leadership.
- Collaborate with Operations, Clients, Vendors, and Senior Management to address workforce-related concerns.

Workforce Planning Support
- Assist in short-term forecasting and capacity planning.
- Recommend staffing adjustments based on real-time trends.
- Support contingency planning for operational disruptions.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational trends and recommend process improvements.
