About Siora Kidz

Siora Kidz is a growing preschool brand committed to delivering quality early childhood education. We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive our preschool franchise expansion by converting franchise enquiries into successful business partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert franchise leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, events, and referrals.
- Counsel prospective franchise partners regarding the Siora Kidz business model, investment, ROI, and operational process.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations with potential investors.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Generate franchise enquiries through networking, business associations, exhibitions, and local events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cities and expansion opportunities.
- Organize franchise discovery meetings, site visits,



and investor presentations.
- Prepare proposals, franchise agreements, and documentation in coordination with the management team.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners throughout the onboarding process.

Candidate ProfileExperience
- 2–3 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in Preschool, Education, EdTech, School, or Franchise Sales will be highly preferred.
