- Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of PVC raw materials, additives, and compounding processes.

Walkaroo International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a
PVC R&D; Executive
with hands-on experience in
PVC sneaker mixing and compounding
to join our R&D; team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new PVC compounds, improving existing formulations, and supporting current product development for footwear applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize PVC compound formulations for PVC sneakers.
- Conduct new product development (NPD) activities.
- Perform color matching and develop new shades.
- Conduct compound bonding tests and evaluate bonding performance.
- Develop and implement improved adhesive solutions for enhanced product quality.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during product trials.
- Ensure consistent product quality through continuous process improvements.
- Maintain R&D; documentation and test reports.
