Role & responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS: B. Tech Civil + MBA (Preferably NICMAR pass out)

EXPERIENCE: 15+ Years of experience in Procurement/Purchase Team in Residential Real Estate with a leading developer is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will have strong procurement expertise, specifically within the construction and real estate sector, with a proven track record of managing procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage sourcing and procurement functions to support the companys residential real estate projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services at the best possible cost, while maintaining quality standards.

2.Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.



Negotiate terms and agreements to secure the best pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

3.Cost Management: Analyze market trends to identify cost-effective solutions and support the cost control efforts across projects. Work closely with the finance team to track and manage procurement budgets.

4.Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with project teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and services, with particular emphasis on meeting project timelines and avoiding delays.

5.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

6.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals. Foster a cooperative and efficient work environment.
