We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), design coordination, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, performing clash detection, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling & Design Development
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, shop drawings, GA drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and industry best practices.
- Update models and drawings based on design revisions and site requirements.
BIM Coordination
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil models.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and prepare clash reports.
- Participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders and consultants.
- Resolve model conflicts and ensure smooth multidisciplinary integration.
Project Delivery & Support
- Assist project teams throughout design, construction, and handover phases.
- Generate quantity take-offs, BOQs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely submission.
- Support BIM standards implementation and workflow improvements.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct model audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure models meet Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and project standards.
