Job Description:
- To set a long term vision and take strategic initiatives for sustainable, profitable growth of the parts business.
- Responsible for achieving the region's target and for consistent growth every Quarter.
- To appoint required distributors in the given territory and to scale up the retailers base under each distributor to promote our range of products.
- Mentoring the distributors’ field team for better sales & reach in the market.
- Focus on Inventory and Market outstanding within the defined time period.
- To build valuable rapport with distributors, dealers, mechanics & key account customers.
- Implementation & execution of sales process management.
- Regular visit to the market, MIS reports and timely feedback of competition to the management.
Monitoring of sales activity & promotional campaigns to scale-up the business.
- Adhering to the policy of the management and to keep confidentiality.
Work Experience :
✔ Relevant years of Sales experience in Automotive Spare Parts after market retail distribution business only.
✔ Preference will be given to those who have minimum last 3 years experience from 2-Wheeler Spare parts business in specific.
Educational Qualifications:
- ✔ Diploma Holders / Any Graduates / Graduate Engineering / MBA
