Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for the Software Engineering (PLC+ Server) of the project requirements as stipulated in the technical agreement of the Project.
- Familiar with the Skilfully understanding the software engineering, hardware engineering, and pneumatic engineering.
- Skilfully programming PLC, third-party devices and Server Programming.
- Responsible for technical communication with the clients during the engineering stage.
- Helping, supporting and managing the communication between the team in the department and clients and finding the solutions for problems.
- Confirming that the technical files in the department are updated punctually and accurately;
- Responsible for managing the staff in the Electrical Engineering Dept.

Arranging the work priority and time, according the conditions of the project.

Examining and approving work quality (punctuality, accuracy and reasonableness)

Managing and controlling the work progress.
- Continuously improving, so as to raise the engineering efficiency and quality.
- Department Safety management.




- Find out the recent technologies and introduce in GEFIT India.
- Standardization of the department engineering (HW & SW) and perfection
- Implementation and transmission of the management culture of the company, including continuous improvement, comprehensive improvement, ISO, 7S, etc.
- Managing the staff attendance supervision, business travelling, work appraisal, performance examination in the department.
- Responsible to control the costs of the project at the electrical engineering stage.
- Responsible to increase work efficiency of EED team.
- Cooperation with internal team, Clients and other relevant departments,

Preferred candidate profile
- PLC - Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradly and Omron
- Third party devices like servo Press, Nut runner, Robot/Cabot and Laser Welding etc..
- Server LABVIEW, WINCC, VB and Ignition SCADA,
- Knowledge about MS office, ERP, ISO and 5 ‘S” Knowledge.
