Role Description
The Business Development Officer – HRMS is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for HRMS solutions, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and presenting product features and value propositions to decision-makers. The officer will conduct market research, track industry trends,



and collaborate with internal teams to tailor HRMS offerings to client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and commercial terms, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth handover to implementation and support teams. The role also includes coordinating with marketing for lead-generation activities and providing regular reporting on business development performance and targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust fundraising-related capabilities, including Annual Giving and Fundraising.
- Candidates should possess effective relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, including Communication and Philanthropy.
