The role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise across multiple Workday modules,



primarily Compensation, Recruiting (Workday Talent Acquisition), and Core HCM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support while acting as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders and business leaders.This role requires robust functional knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Act as a Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting subject matter expert.
- Lead or support Workday implementations, rollouts, and post-production support activities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into Workday configurations and solutions.
- Configure and maintain key Workday components, including:
- Job profiles, job families, and supervisory organizations
- Compensation plans, eligibility rules, and compensation cycles
- Recruitin
