Role Description
The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat,



responsible for managing and growing key customer and partner relationships for Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The role involves actively engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their health insurance needs, and offering suitable products and services that align with company guidelines. The Senior Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams and distribution partners, ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing, and address customer queries and concerns promptly. Daily activities include meeting sales and relationship targets, conducting regular follow-ups, organizing customer meetings and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering feedback to improve service quality, and representing Niva Bupa’s values in all external interactions.
