We're looking for someone with strong communication skills to be the first point of follow-up for our clients managing calls, WhatsApp, and email so nothing falls through the cracks, and keeping our client records up to date. Great entry-level role for someone who's organized, speaks well, and wants to grow into a client-facing career.

Role & responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and existing clients over call, WhatsApp, and email
- Send and track document requests, OTP requests, and payment reminders
- Keep the CRM/tracker updated after every client interaction no client left unresponded for more than a day
- Coordinate between clients and the filing team flag pending items, escalate anything urgent
- Share status updates and delivery confirmations with clients in a clear, professional tone





Preferred candidate profile
- Positive spoken and written communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer use
- Freshers welcome training provided
- Female candidates preferred
- Should be based in or near Ghaziabad
