We have an exciting opportunity with at Mumbai-based real estate advisory and development company specializing in Residential, Commercial, Retail, Land, and Investment Advisory. With a strong focus on market intelligence, strategic planning, channel partner development, and customer-centric solutions.

Position: Sourcing Manager – Commercial Sales

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 5–8 Years
CTC: ₹13–14 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for Commercial Office & Retail Projects.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers & Corporate Clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits & project presentations.
- Drive business development and achieve sourcing & sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support end-to-end deal closures.

Mandatory Requirements




- 5–8 years of Commercial Real Estate Sales/Sourcing experience.
- Strong network of Channel Partners, Brokers & Corporate Clients.Proven expertise in Lead Generation, Business Development & Commercial Deal Closure.Experience in Commercial Office Spaces/Retail Projects is mandatory.
