The role manages contract staff, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures operational continuity to support business growth and governance.

Branch Operations

Supervise administrative activities across multiple zonal branches .

Facility Management

Ensure preventive maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination.

Branch Expansion

Lead infrastructure development, site readiness, and project execution

Compliance

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal audit standards .

Financial Control

Manage administrative budgets, vendor payments, and expense tracking

Team Management

Supervise contract staff and ensure productivity.
