Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about working with data and have a strong interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Prepare clear, data-driven reports and summaries to support decision-making across teams.

• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to speed up data cleaning, analysis, and reporting workflows.

• Assist in tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, products, and overall business performance.

• Help maintain and update dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting tools and platforms.

• Support basic predictive and prescriptive analytics to guide future strategies,



with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (freshers and recent graduates welcome — 0–1 year of experience).

• Robust proficiency in Excel to handle large datasets is a must-have.

• A genuine interest in AI — comfort using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a strong plus.

• Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, simple insights.

• Familiarity with e-commerce and consumer behaviour is an advantage, though not required.
