Job Summary

SUNPLUS POWER is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Head to lead business growth in the Electrical Earthing and Lightning Protection segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, and EPC sectors.

This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, industrial products, and project-based business development, along with the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities for Earthing and Lightning Protection solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, contractors, consultants, OEMs, industries, and corporate clients.




- Lead B2B sales activities and manage key accounts across target industries.
- Achieve annual business targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closure of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in tendering processes and follow up on project opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business networking opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and market intelligence for management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
