We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Head
to lead the sales function for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our customer base across target markets.
This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS sales, enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across SMEs, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
- Build a predictable sales pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Develop pricing, go-to-market, and sales expansion strategies.
Business Development
- Generate and qualify recent business opportunities through multiple channels.
- Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer business challenges and position the SaaS solution effectively.
- Work closely with Customer Success to improve customer retention and upselling opportunities.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Provide customer feedback to support product enhancements.
- Assist in planning product launches and marketing campaigns.
