Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to support our Modern Trade Sales operations in the Beverages category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with modern trade outlets, expanding product visibility, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Modern Trade sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with up-to-date trade outlets, store managers, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display across all assigned stores.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and reduce out-of-stock situations.
- Identify new stores/outlets in Modern Trade to drive business expansion.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer promotions to support strategic decisions.
- Implement in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and brand activation plans.




- Regularly visit assigned outlets to ensure compliance with sales plans and agreements.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team, marketing, supply chain, and accounts for smooth operations.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Modern Trade Sales (Beverages experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations, merchandising, and store-level execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on operational needs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic computer applications.
