The Business Manager will be responsible for driving the overall growth and smooth functioning of Aura Toddlers. This role combines business development, admissions, operations, marketing, team management, finance, and parent relationship management to ensure the centre achieves its revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Business managers in education organizations commonly oversee operations, budgets, admissions, marketing, and team performance to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead marketing initiatives, events, and business development activities.
- Conduct admission counselling and maintain robust parent relationships.
- Recruit, train, and manage team performance.
- Monitor budgets, collections, and operational reports.




- Build strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business, operations, sales, or centre management.
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about building a growing brand.
